Dudley-Hoffman owns and operates Santa Maria’s first crematory,
which opened in 1979 and is located on the same site as the Mortuary.
More than half the families we serve choose cremation as an alternative
to earth burial or entombment for the body's final disposition following a traditional funeral service.
Cremated remains may be buried or inurned in memorial sites or cemeteries, or they may be legally retained by relatives or dispersed in a variety of
ways and locations.
